BLUE is an innovative new training format for big challenges that require a concrete solution quickly. On the day of the BLUE training, our consultants and trainers dedicate themselves fully to one to three participants (mostly managers or sales leaders) in order to resolve a concrete problem from A to Z. This could be the preparation for an upcoming sales negotiation or a critical discussion with employees about a branch closure.
Attending a seminar is generally not good enough in such cases. And there is usually no time (left) for an extensive process with consultants, coaches and trainers. In such cases, BLUE is the ideal solution. Our specialists identify the problem together with the participants. Then a concrete strategy is developed for precisely this issue. Finally, the behaviour to adopt in the discussion is trained with the proven perfact training tools. At the end of the day, the problem is resolved. All that’s left to do is APPLY.
